做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
