做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
