做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
