做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
