做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
