做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
