做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
