做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
