做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
