做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
