做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
