做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
