做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
