做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
