做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
