做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝(cháng )。 -
