做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
