做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
