做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
