做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
