做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
