做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
