做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
