做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
