做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
