做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
