做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
