做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
