做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
