做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
