做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
