做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
