做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
