做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
