做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
