做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
