做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
