做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
