做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
