做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
