做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
