做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
