做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
