做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
