做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
