做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
