做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
