做(zuò )法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
