做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
