做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
